Mr. Patrick Russell – OVS Vice Principal
For more than two decades, Mr. Russell has dedicated his life to serving students as a teacher, coach, department head, and Vice Principal. He believes that every student has unique potential and that the greatest privilege of an educator is helping young people discover their strengths, overcome challenges, and build the confidence to pursue their goals. Whether leading a school community, mentoring teachers, coaching athletes, or working one-on-one with students, Mr. Russell is driven by a genuine passion for education and a commitment to creating opportunities for every learner to succeed. A lifelong learner himself, he values truth, integrity, curiosity, and critical thinking, believing that education is not simply about earning grades, but about developing character, wisdom, and a love of learning that lasts a lifetime. His mission is to inspire students to think deeply, act with integrity, and become compassionate, knowledgeable leaders who make a positive difference in their communities and beyond.
